Tonight would be the 2nd send off party for ours. We will soon go for our Canada Immigration and the schedule is getting cramped up. We will meet tonight my buddies from my second work. I rarely see these guys and it humbles me that they find time to meet up for this. I’ll miss them but for sure I’ll still see them when we go for a vacation back here in our country. I have to adjust again and start building friends. I realized that friends are really treasure in our lives – and I hope to be rich because of friends.

Last minute preparation

It’s 23 days before we leave for our Canada Immigration. Yet there are still things that need to be done. I’m starting out this week of errands and hopefully I can finish everything before our last week here. The schedule is killing me. I cannot concentrate completely because of the so many things that need to be done. My last day in the office is 10 days before we leave and I have yet to fully make my turnover to a colleague. This is an adrenalin rush … I think I need more aspirin.

Talent’s night grand finals today

This is the local version of the talent show – Pilipinas Got Talent. There are 14 groups and each competing for that 2 million prize money plus some other perks. It’s minutes before the grand winner gets announce and I’m don’t like the voting style for the declaration. It is more of a popularity show rather than a talent if voting decides the outcome. Anyway, our Canada Immigration will surely make me a talent of Canada’s got talent.

Liquor Baby

A gift was given to us by the groom’s brother. It was four bottles of chivas regal together with travelling bag (which my wife really loves). This would be served for tomorrows wedding event. I think I would be drinking more hard liquor upon our Canada Immigration. Whiskey or Rhum would be a welcome drink on a cold country like that.

Last few days in the office

I recently passed my resignation letter to my boss. This is part of the process for my Canada Immigration. The effectivity date of my resignation is 10 days before we fly. I have yet to turn over my work and I’ll do that in the next two weeks. There’s a lot to do, but I’m keeping tab on my tasks. It’s overwhelming but it can be done. The transition process is kicking in and I’m loving it. It’s stressful yet I feel there’s a pot of gold after the end of this ordeal.

Wedding Speeches

I’m cramming for the wedding speeches for my sister in law. She just told me this morning to write on for her sister who would do it during the ceremonies. Right now, google is my friend and I’m still searching. I can do it but I have other important things to do as well including preparation for my Canada Immigration. Biggest Loser

I was watching the Biggest Loser show last night – the local edition. I’m amazed how the people are motivated to trim down their weight. We will Migrate to Canada and perhaps I’d watch the Canadian version of that show. As for me, its time to shape up. I’ve been in the 200 zone and really wish to trim down to at least 185. That would be a great weight for me. My input is definitely lower as compared before, but my exercise level is zilch. If only I find time to have this then my weight issue will no longer be thought of.

Local TV Show

I’ll miss the local tv shows. I’ll Migrate to Canada next month and I’m not sure if I’ll subscribe to the cable that offers this local channels. So right now, I’m abusing myself into watching all these local shows. Even those that I don’t watch before I try to do now. I’ll miss it for sure.
